Things to do in Granada
The Alhambra palace and Spain’s last Moorish city
Granada sits beneath the Sierra Nevada, crowned by the Alhambra — the breathtaking Moorish palace-fortress that’s Spain’s most visited monument. Below it, the old Albaicín quarter tumbles in white lanes toward the flamenco caves of Sacromonte. A day or two does it; it’s reachable by high-speed train from Madrid.
