The best time to visit Aswan
Like Luxor, Aswan is best October–April, when warm, dry days are perfect for feluccas, Philae and the trip to Abu Simbel. Summer is even hotter than Luxor (often 42°C+), limiting activity to dawn and dusk, but it’s the cheapest and quietest time. Rain is essentially a non-issue.
